The Pay later in 4 payment option is automatically generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including address details, cardholder details, amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability.

As soon as Yours Clothing have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 4 purchase at Yours Clothing from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment. If, however, you are in a situation of late payment, Klarna reserve the right to charge late fees. Any missed payments, including late fees, will be carried over to the next scheduled due date. If you pay by card, we will confirm your order right away. If paying by Pay later, Klarna will send you a payment confirmation to the email address that you have used for your order. If you have made a payment but not received the payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com.

If you live in the UK/Ireland returning an item with Klarna is now easier than ever before, you can now take it to one of your local Yours Clothing stores, and the team will process the refund there and then for you, it might still take up to 5 days for it to be refunded on your Klarna account. For international purchases, items purchased with Klarna follow our standard online return process. Please note, refunds for Klarna purchases will be refunded from Long Tall Sally to Klarna. We cannot provide an exchange. When the refund is processed, any upcoming payments you have to Klarna will be cancelled and any payments you have already made will be refunded back to the card you paid with. Please note that until the merchant has confirmed receipt of any return goods, you will be liable to continue to make your payments to Klarna. Once Yours Clothing has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments.

You have 30 days to pay, so you don’t need to pay right away. If your due date is near and there is no sign of your goods, please contact our customer service team to check on your delivery. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.

As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.

Late Payment: If we are unable to charge your selected payment method for the amount due on your Due Date we will send you a notification and provide you a courtesy two to seven business day slack period so that you can update your payment method or ensure enough funds are available on your selected card. If you update your card, we will attempt to collect the late payment immediately. Otherwise we will attempt to charge your original card again after the two to seven-day period. It is important that you ensure enough funds are available to complete your payment on the Due Date.

If you fail to make a payment by the end of the courtesy slack period you will be in default, and in addition to other right we have (see “Default” section below), we may charge you a late fee amounting to the following; i) zero (0) AUD per instalment if the total order value is below 24.99 AUD; ii) two (2) AUD per instalment if the total order value equals to 25 or above up to 59.99 AUD, iii) four (4) AUD per instalment if the total order equals 60 AUD or above up to 99.99 AUD, iv) six (6) AUD per instalment if the total order is of between 100 AUD and 199.99 AUD, or v) eight (8) AUD per instalment if the total order equals 200 AUD or above. If you fail to make your payments you may be unable to use the service in the future. We may continue to attempt to collect overdue and currently due payments on subsequent Due Dates, or invoice you separately for the unpaid total.
